    Exhibitors will have the opportunity to schedule as many as 40, 12-minute appointments with governing bodies and event rights holders.
  • Expo Hospitality Pavilions
    Scheduled 24-minute breaks during the appointment sessions will allow rights holders to rest and recharge..
  • Afternoon Networking Breaks
    These half-hour breaks allow attendees time to network with session presenters and each other.
  • Event Organizer Reception, Late-Night Lounge and numerous other structured social opportunities for networking.
  • Exhibitor Prize Drawings
