The NCBA National Championships brings student-athletes from up to 40 collegiate boxing clubs, recognized by their respective schools as official club sports, to compete for individual championships in 11 men’s weight classes and eight women’s weight classes. A successful bid includes a no- or low-cost competition venue that is large enough to hold two boxing rings and seat up to 1,000 spectators, complimentary lodging for the official party, lodging within a short walking distance of the venue, proximity of a variety of restaurants that support early morning and late night diners, ample sponsorship opportunities, a marketing strategy, box office or ticket sale support, access to high-speed internet for live streaming and easy access to and from airports via ground transportation. The typical number of room nights for the participants and official party are 400–450. For more information, contact Eric Buller at eric.buller@ncbaboxing.org or by phone at 845-239-3791.
