USA Gymnastics is looking for hosts for a series of big events coming up in 2021 and also in 2023 including the USA Gymnastics Championships in 2021 and 2023, plus the 2021 Winter Cup and the 2021 Pan American Championships.

The 2021 Winter Cup hosts junior and senior level athletes in men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics and has approximately 425 athletes, coaches, judges and staff coming from around the country. A graduated room block  will be needed with a peak of 390 rooms and a total of 1450 room nights. This event will need a modern arena for competition and a close by training venue.

The 2021 Pan American Championships is the continental championship for Pan American countries in men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline. Certain countries will use the meet as the opportunity to quality athletes for the Olympic Games in Tokyo. A graduated room block will be needed with a peak of 400 rooms and a total of 2720 room nights.This event will need a modern arena for artistic competition and a smaller arena for rhythmic and trampoline. Training facilities will be needed for all gymnasts.

The 2021 and 2023 USA Gymnastics Championships are a five-day competition in June involving the top rhythmic, acrobatic, and trampoline and tumbling gymnasts in the country. There will be approximately 1,600 athletes and an additional 600 coaches, judges and staff participating. The ideal host will have three competition venues in convention or event space. A graduated room block will be needed with a peak of 825 rooms and a total of 4695 room nights.
