Inside Track

The U.S. Open is regarded as one of the most challenging events in bowling, featuring a 56-game marathon to determine the finalists and winner of the coveted green jacket. Competitors at the U.S. Open bowl 24 qualifying games over three days before the field is cut to the top 36 players for an eight-game cashers’ round. More than 100 participants have an average six-night stay in the host destination, with a peak of 100 room nights and 900 total room nights. The host site must have a minimum of 32 lanes. For more information, contact Rob Gotchall at (817) 385-8308 or email Rob.Gotchall@bowl.com.
