Sunny skies, temperatures in the 70s and low humidity: Perfect weather for rowing, right? It would have been, except for the high winds that kicked up whitecaps and threatened to swamp boats at the U.S. Rowing Youth Nationals. Fortunately, U.S. Rowing had a plan for that.
