The U.S. Men’s National Team will play three soccer matches as a part of a send-off series prior to heading to Brazil for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
The three-game series begins when the U.S. takes on Azerbaijan on May 27 at Candlestick Park in San Francisco. Following that game, the team will head east to face Turkey on June 1 at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey. The final match will take place against Nigeria on June 7 at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Florida.
The series will allow the U.S. team to play three matches in 12 days, simulating a similar schedule to what they’ll encounter during the group stage of the World Cup.
All three matches are scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN, ESPN2, WatchESPN and UniMas.
