Mother Nature was generous with New England, bestowing an abundance of natural resources that set the scene for premier sporting events: ponds used as ice-skating rinks, bays that host regattas and mountains ideal for skiing, to name a few. Capitalizing on their bounty, destinations in this region have long understood how to produce successful events that draw the maximum number of athletes and fans. With impressive venues and attractions and a steadfast volunteer corps enhancing any competition, New England sets a high bar for an unforgettable experience.
