For event organizers, Southern cities, especially those in the Sun Belt, offer a variety of scheduling options thanks to clear skies and mild temperatures. It’s also a region where hospitality is second nature and second to none. And there’s never a reason to worry about attracting crowds; with a deeply rooted love of sports—and social events in general—destinations in this part of the country are enthusiastic supporters of a good contest, be it amateur, collegiate or professional. With so much going for them, event organizers are ahead of the game before it even begins.
