From the Hudson River in New York to the Potomac in Washington, D.C., and east to the Allegheny River in Pennsylvania, the Mid-Atlantic region of the country is peppered with storied sports destinations. These states are home to legendary teams, supportive athletic venues and an established fan base that has an unquenchable thirst for competition. For event organizers, this region has all the makings to draw participants and spectators alike.
