Albuquerque to Host 2026 USA Judo Senior National Championships
The event will be staged at the Albuquerque Convention Center
Posted On: November 3, 2025 By :USA Judo will host the 2026 Senior National Championships in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The shiai competition will be held May 9 with the Kata Nationals May 10.
The tournament is expected to attract more than 600 participants to the destination.
“USA Judo is excited to bring our members to Albuquerque for the Senior National Championships,” said USA Judo CEO Corinne Shigemoto. “The area is known for its first-rate hospitality, terrific climate, one-of-a-kind scenery, and unique culture and cuisine.”
The event will be staged at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Albuquerque has been named a top city for recreation by WalletHub and has hosted several national governing body events, including those from USA Track & Field, USA Cycling, USA Boxing, USA Archery, USA Gymnastics and USA Weightlifting.
