ExperienceXI Launches Nike-Backed Experiential Soccer Travel Platform
Goal is to connect players, coaches and club leaders with elite training enviornments
Posted On: August 27, 2026 By :ExperienceXI has launched a Nike-backed experiential soccer travel platform to connect players, coaches and club leaders with elite training environments and global competitions.
The platform was built for Nike-affiliated youth clubs and offers programming across five key categories: Domestic Elite Experiences anchored at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center and match day activations tied to the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Teams; International Programs and Tournaments at Nike-aligned European academies; Global Events activations; Leadership and Coaching Education through domestic and international license pathways; and custom-designed programs built specifically for Nike’s premier youth clubs.
“This launch is the culmination of the desire and plan to offer first-hand experiences through Nike’s exceptional soccer ecosystem for the long term, not a one-off activation,” said Billy Hartman, CEO and Founder of ExperienceXI. “What we’re building is the experiential layer that sits underneath Nike’s expansive global soccer relationships — with access to the training environments of top-flight clubs and national federations, the coaching education, and the match-day moments that turn something as simple as a kit purchase into a lifelong connection to the game. This experiential platform has been created and designed to grow well beyond the momentum we’re seeing for the game in 2026.”
Off And Running
ExperienceXI launched its inaugural programming at the National Training Center in June 2026 with two Concorde Fire Festival activations. Additional programming included two Executive Director Symposiums tied to international matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and an 11-day U.S. Club Soccer id2 international program for elite youth players that was completed earlier this month, covering training experiences with two elite professional club environments in London, combined with attending opening weekend professional league matches.
For Nike, ExperienceXI represents a scalable platform for activating its global football ecosystem at the club level.
“ExperienceXI gives our club and retail partners unique access rooted in Nike’s global soccer network,” said Nuno Silva, VP/GM, Nike Soccer North America. “We’ve invested in the world’s best clubs, federations, and training environments. Working with ExperienceXI is how we make those partnerships available to the players, coaches, and families who are the heart of the game in this country. It deepens club relationships and makes Nike’s commitment tangible at every level.”
ExperienceXI programming is not commercially available through traditional soccer travel providers.
“We don’t sell trips. We create environments that expand how people train, compete, lead, and essentially, how they see and feel the game,” said Phil Hill, President and Co-Founder of ExperienceXI. “Our difference is right up there in our name. Others offer soccer travel. ExperienceXI delivers soccer experiences with meaning and purpose — crafted through the Nike football ecosystem and designed to raise the level on the pitch and beyond it. This is where the game gets bigger.”
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, ExperienceXI plans to build its domestic footprint at the National Training Center and increase its international tournament programming. The company is also building an operating model designed to extend the same framework to additional sport categories over time, with soccer serving as the foundation.
