IHG Hotels Launches Sports Rate
Includes discounts for families and teams booking multiple rooms
Posted On: October 1, 2021 By :With the return of the sports travel season, IHG Hotels & Resorts is launching IHG Sports Rate for those who travel to tournaments for youth, collegiate and professional sporting events.
The rate includes at least 10 percent off the price of their booking for teams and families booking up to nine rooms with at least one night being a Thursday or Sunday. The rates are available at participating hotels across the United States and Canada.
For IHG, youth sports represent one of the fastest growing business verticals. Since summer 2020, IHG hotels have seen the sports and entertainment industries take the lead in Groups & Meetings recovery, especially in the Americas with Chicago, Phoenix, Philadelphia and Atlanta leading the pack.
