KemperSports Venues to Manage ‘The Land’ Complex
Alabama multi-use complex to open in 2025
Posted On: January 31, 2024 By :KemperSports Venues has been selected as the property manager by the city of Saraland, Alabama, for “The Land,” a multi-use sports and recreation complex scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.
“KemperSports’ proven track record of success in managing and enhancing premier sports venues, along with its hospitality-driven approach, aligns perfectly with our vision of providing Saraland with a top-tier facility that will greatly increase recreational opportunities for our residents and serve as a sought-after destination for sports tournaments and events across the region,” said Saraland Mayor Dr. Howard Rubenstein.
The complex will feature five multipurpose fields for football, soccer, lacrosse and field hockey; eight baseball and softball diamonds, including a 400-foot regulation-size field; three tennis courts; pickleball courts and three beach volleyball courts. The indoor recreation center will feature four basketball courts, eight volleyball courts, an indoor track and fitness center.
