Mary-Clare Brennan Departs USA Climbing
Posted On: March 26, 2014 By :Mary-Clare Brennan has departed as executive director of USA Climbing. The Colorado Springs-based organization is the national governing body for competitive climbing.
Brennan joined USA Climbing in April 2013. She previously worked for 17 years in the marketing division at the U.S. Olympic Committee, including work on NGB marketing and sponsorship sales. Climbing was one of eight sports that recently competed for a final spot on the 2020 Olympic Summer Games program, a spot that eventually went to wrestling.
