The International Olympic Committee has announced host city candidates for the 2018 Youth Olympic and Games. Buenos Aires, Argentina; Glasgow, Scotland; Guadalajara, Mexico; Medellin, Colombia; and Rotterdam, Netherlands, will all be in the bidding process. The IOC executive board will decide which cities will be shortlisted at its meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland, February 12–13, 2013.
