Alisa Burch Joins Team Travel Source

Team Travel Source has hired Alisa Burch as its new director of operations. Burch brings over 16 years of leadership experience from Varsity Spirit, where she most recently served as general manager for the Midwest Region.

At Team Travel Source, which provides tournament housing for youth sports, she will oversee operational strategies for the hotel relations, customer experience and quality assurance teams, driving initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and supporting the company’s growth.

Burch holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Louisville. She serves as an advisor for the University of Louisville Chi Omega chapter, having provided guidance in recruitment and programming for over 15 years.
