The Brazilian Men’s National Soccer Team will stay at The Ridge Hotel in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and train at the nearby Columbia Park Training Center in Morristown during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Owned by Red Bulls New York FC, Columbia Park Training Center features state-of-the-art facilities, modern training areas, fitness centers, locker rooms and administrative offices. With a focus on sustainable design and accessibility, the site is currently undergoing further works to expand the structures and modernize facilities and equipment.
The Ridge Hotel, which is a 15-minute drive away from the training center, will be reserved entirely for the Brazilian delegation for the duration of their stay in the tournament.
Members from the Brazilian Football Confederation visited a number of hotels and locations in Orlando, Seattle, Portland, Dallas, Nashville, Boston, Kansas City, San Diego, Los Angeles and New York, but it was decided that the hotel option in New Jersey was best suited to Brazil’s national team due to its privacy, comfort and safety, and proximity to match venues.
“I believe we made the best choice within our evaluations,” said Rodrigo Caetano, general coordinator of the CBF’s men’s teams. “Since we secured the qualification, we took all the precautions to find a place that could offer the necessary training structure, with privacy, modernity and comfort.
“After the draw that defined the brackets and venues of the games, we intensified our search and found in the RB New York Training Center the perfect setting that could receive the Seleção.”
According to the CBF, Columbia Park received the most requests from qualified national teams to be their training base during the World Cup.
“We analyzed several aspects,” said Cícero Souza, general manager of men’s teams at the CBF. “The main objective was to seek better quality of pitches, hotels, logistics facilities, the smallest possible difference in time zone and other factors that could positively influence the performance of the national team.”
In Group C, Brazil will play their first game in New York/New Jersey against Morocco, before heading to Philadelphia to play Haiti on June 19 and then to Miami to face Scotland on June 24.
Brazil have won five Men’s FIFA World Cup titles to date, with the most recent coming in South Korea/Japan in 2002, when they defeated Germany 2-0 in the final.
