Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI) RFP 2028 and 2030

The Undergraduate Leadership Institute (ULI) is Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s premier biennial leadership development program, bringing together ~100 undergraduate members from 85+ colleges and universities for a 9-day immersive experience in leadership, professional development, and community service. This RFP covers host city selection for two upcoming cycles: 2028 (Nu Class) and 2030 (Xi Class). Total program attendance is 200+ individuals across participants, staff, facilitators, and sponsors.

Interested destinations should respond by November 3, 2026 with a complete proposal covering the executive summary, hotel proposal, room block/rates, meeting space, F&B, safety plan, and letters of support (full list in the attached RFP). Proposals should be submitted electronically as a PDF (with the executive summary as a standalone attachment), plus a complete hard-copy submission by U.S. Mail.
