Hershey Harrisburg Sports and Events Authority Names Danielle Vincenti as Executive Director

Danielle Vincenti has been named executive director of the Hershey Harrisburg Sports and Events Authority.

Vincenti’s promotion comes after serving four years with HHSE as the organization’s director of business development. In this role, she helped expand south-central Pennsylvania’s sports tourism portfolio, drawing events to the region and building the area’s destination profile.

In her expanded role as executive director, Vincenti will lead HHSE initiatives and continue to cultivate relationships across the sports-event industry.

“Danielle’s tenacity and passion for bringing new events to the region, elevating relationships with current sports and events partners, and connecting regional stakeholders are qualities that deliver a positive impact to our region every day,” said Sharon S. Myers, president and CEO of Visit Hershey and Harrisburg.

Vincenti brings more than 16 years of sports tourism, destination marketing and event development experience to the role. She is currently serving a two-year term as Chair of Pennsylvania Sports, the state’s sports tourism agency, and has been an active member of the PA Sports Executive Committee since 2021.

In addition to her work within her home state of Pennsylvania, Vincenti has served on the Sports Events and Tourism Association Mentoring Committee.

“In the executive director role, I’ll be focused on building on the strong foundation at HHSE, expanding the region’s sports and events portfolio, strengthening partnerships throughout the community and positioning Hershey Harrisburg to compete for larger and more diverse events,” Vincenti said.
