Visit Florida has named Paul Phipps as chief marketing officer and Susan James as marketing director. Phipps has 37 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions and management having previously served as general manager for Seminole IMG Sports Marketing, assistant athletic director for Florida State University, chief marketing officer for the International Speedway Corporation and executive vice-president for Major League Soccer. James has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate and agency fields and previously served as director of external affairs for the Florida Prepaid College Board.
