ESPN Events Launches Xbox Bowl in Frisco
The new game will replace the Bahamas Bowl on the college football bowl schedule
Posted On: December 5, 2025 By :The first Xbox Bowl college football bowl game will be held in Frisco, Texas, at Ford Center at The Star. The ESPN Events-owned game will be staged December 18 at 9 p.m. ET and will feature Missouri State from CUSA, making its first bowl game appearance, against Arkansas State from the Sun Belt Conference.
The bowl will replace the Bahamas Bowl in Nassau, Bahamas, and joins the portfolio of 17 postseason college football games owned and operated by ESPN Events.

Xbox will make its first college football sponsorship with fans able to Xbox-themed moments and in-venue activations designed specifically for the bowl.
