Sports ETA Partners with Tanger
Collaboration will introduce Tanger’s brand to Sports ETA’s industry network
Posted On: October 2, 2025 By :The Sports Events and Tourism Association has announced a new corporate partnership with Tanger, a leading owner and operator of open–air outlet and lifestyle shopping destinations.
Through this partnership, Tanger will serve as the presenting sponsor of Sports ETA’s Student Enrichment Program, a philanthropic initiative designed to support the next generation of sports tourism professionals through education and networking opportunities.
The collaboration will introduce Tanger’s brand to Sports ETA’s industry network and provide opportunities for engagement across the sports events and tourism industry.
“This partnership with Tanger demonstrates our commitment to connecting national brands with the sports tourism industry in meaningful ways,” said John David, president and CEO of Sports ETA. “Together, we will engage the next generation of industry leaders, while showcasing how Tanger’s shopping centers and community-focused marketing can offer opportunity and added value for sports event organizers.”
As part of the multi–year agreement, Tanger will be featured at Sports ETA’s signature events, including the 2026 Symposium in Las Vegas, and will receive corporate recognition across Sports ETA’s digital platforms, publications and educational content.
