U.S. Figure Skating has announced a partnership with TeachAids, a nonprofit leader in producing award-winning global education innovation, joining nearly two dozen other national governing bodies.

CrashCourse is a suite of interactive products focused on the prevention and treatment of concussions and related mental health issues, and is designed to educate athletes, parents and coaches about concussions.

“The health and wellbeing of our athletes is of utmost importance to our organization. Through this partnership with TeachAids and by offering the renowned CrashCourse concussion products, we are able to double down on the work already being done to keep our participants safe at every level within the sport,” U.S. Figure Skating Executive Director Ramsey Baker said. “We are proud to join TeachAids and offer the CrashCourse concussion products as part of our mission to make sport safer for our participants.”

The program also serves as a resource for athletic trainers, rehab specialists and physicians.

“TeachAids is honored to join with highly respected U.S. Figure Skating to serve its athletes, parents and coaches,” said Dr. Piya Sorcar, founder and chief executive officer of TeachAids. “It has been a pleasure to work with their leadership team and promote safety through education together.”
