USA Artistic Swimming Renews Contract for CEO Adam Andrasko
The executive led the NGB to its first Olympic medal in 20 years
Posted On: October 23, 2025 By :USA Artistic Swimming CEO Adam Andrasko has had his contract renewed by the national governing body’s board of directors, following a year in which Team USA qualified for its first Olympic Summer Games in 16 years and won its first medal in 20 years. The renewal will extend past the upcoming 2028 Olympic Summer Games in Los Angeles.
Andrasko’s extension was announced on his seventh year leading the NGB, a period that has seen significant growth for the sport in the United States.
During his tenure, Andrasko has created a program to ensure national team members receive compensation for training, an initiative that reduced turnover and allowed athletes to train together for extended periods to boost performance. That effort marked a framework for the U.S. team to win a silver medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Andrasko has also continued to elevate USA national meets and within USAA’s membership, created new opportunities for local clubs to compete against the nation’s top athletes.
“Thank you to the board of directors and membership for their continued confidence in me,” Andrasko said. “It has been an honor to lead our organization for the last seven years. It is the inspiring athletes at every level, the passionate coaches, dedicated officials, and committed parents that motivate me every day. I am grateful for the opportunity to be the CEO as we build toward a home Olympic Games. The opportunities to make USAAS better than most could imagine are right in front of us, and with your help and support, we will seize them.”

USAAS President Kimberly Kohut said, “We are excited and confident to have Adam lead USA Artistic Swimming through 2029. These next few years will be transformational and historic for our organization as we make progress toward LA 2028 with Adam’s leadership. We are looking forward to our continued partnership.”
