The United States Football League (USFL) has named Jim Bailey as president and CEO. He previously served as the chairman for the USFL’s board of advisors. Bailey also spent 21 years as the executive vice-president of the Cleveland Browns/Baltimore Ravens franchise, where he oversaw all business, financial and legal operations.
