Castrol to Sponsor Mexican Soccer Team at U.S. Matches
The deal is an expansion of an alignment with the team in Mexico
Posted On: November 14, 2025 By :Castrol has signed a multi-year sponsorship with The Federación Mexicana de Fútbol and Soccer United Marketing, the commercial arm and partner of Mexico’s U.S. Tour, to become the official motor oil and lubricant of the Mexican Men’s and Women’s National Teams in the United States. The deal is the latest sports marketing agreement for company, which has similar deals with the NBA, WNBA and NASCAR.
Castrol’s activation will begin in 2025 with the Mexican Men’s National Team’s match against Paraguay, November 18 in San Antonio, Texas. The brand will be featured prominently through LED signage, in-stadium displays and fan experiences. The sponsorship will extend into 2026 with a comprehensive program of promotions, retailer activations and media activities.

The new agreement is an expansion on an existing sponsorship with the Mexican National Teams within Mexico.

For 22 years, the MexTour has brought the countries national teams to the United States to play matches. For the past decade, those matches have average nearly 50,000 per match in attendance.
