The Rockford (Illinois) Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will host the Rock River Cup, the area’s first lacrosse tournament, June 15-16 at Sportscore Two, a sports complex in Loves Park, Illinois. The event is expected to draw more than 3,000 players, coaches and fans to the region, and generate an estimated $585,000 of travel spending.
