The USA Artistic Swimming Annual Convention is the national gathering for the sport’s coaches, officials, athletes, administrators, and partners, bringing together 200–300 attendees for education, governance meetings, and awards recognition. Hosted in mid-to-late September, the convention seeks a full-service hotel or connected convention facility capable of accommodating general sessions, breakout meetings, and a multi-night room block in a single, walkable footprint.
