Jeremy Parkins Named North American President of Destination Sport Group
Parkins will lead the company's expansion within the United States and Canada

The appointment of Parkins furthers Destination Sport’s investment in North America with headquarters in Atlanta and offices in Boston. Destination Sport’s current operations in North America focus on its Destination Sport Travel, inspiresport (youth development tours), Sportsbreaks.com (travel packages and experiences for sports fans) and Destination Sport Experiences.
“Jeremy has been a significant part of the business since Generation adidas International became part of inspiresport in 2021 and during that time has also played an important role within the expansion of wider Destination Sport Group into North America,” said Destination Sport Group Managing Director Paul Hemingway. “We are excited to welcome Jeremy into this role, to focus on leading our North American strategy and development, leveraging his sports industry expertise and network as we seek to provide a best-in-class travel solution for North American sports organizations and consumers.”
Destination Sport Group recently announced a partnership with LIV Golf’s Team Majesticks GC which will see the global sports travel company become the team’s Official Travel Partner. It also recently signed a partnership with Major League Rugby and also has acquired the Mike Burton Group and Sportsworld in a merger of two European sports hospitality programmers.
Parkins will lead Destination Sport’s expansion within the United States and Canada, focusing on new business and strategic growth opportunities across all divisions. He has 17-plus years of sports industry experience including 12-plus years with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer as executive director of the player development system and senior director of business operations.
