The Minnesota Vikings will make history this fall when the team becomes the first in NFL history to play consecutive regular season games in Europe and also becomes the first team to play three games in three different countries in that many weeks.
As part of the NFL’s multi-layered schedule release, Tuesday saw the blanks filled in for the international slate for the 2025 season. The Vikings will take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the league’s inaugural Dublin game on September 28 at Croke Park. The next week, the Vikings will travel to London to battle the Cleveland Browns at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
“Our experiences in London have always been memorable, so to return in 2025 as the first team to play in back-to-back international games in different countries was something we could not pass up,” said Vikings Owner Mark Wilf.

The Vikings are 8–0 all-time in international games, including 4–0 in the regular season. This will be the second time the Vikings and Browns meet in Cleveland, with the other taking place in 2017.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium will also host the New York Jets and Denver Broncos on October 12. The final game in London will feature the Jacksonville Jaguars against the Los Angeles Rams at Wembley Stadium on October 19. It will be the 14th game in the capital for the Jaguars, as part of the team’s multi-year commitment to playing games in the U.K.
“The 2025 NFL season will see seven regular season games played outside of the U.S. — the most ever regular season international games to date, including historic first games in iconic venues in Berlin, Dublin and Madrid,” said Peter O’Reilly, NFL executive vice president, club business, major events and international. “The 2025 International Games schedule showcases an exciting selection of matchups featuring major NFL stars, bringing our game directly to fans around the world, and underscores our collective commitment to global growth as we continue our journey to becoming a truly global sport.”
The Indianapolis Colts will host the Atlanta Falcons at the Olympic Stadium Berlin on November 9, marking the NFL’s maiden voyage in the German capital. It will be the fifth regular season game in the market, with the league having previously played games in Munich and Frankfurt.
The 2025 international slate will conclude in Madrid on November 16 with the Miami Dolphins taking on the Washington Commanders at the Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. It will be the league’s first-ever regular season game in Spain.
The Los Angeles Chargers will kick off the 2025 International Games Week 1 of the regular season on September 5 in São Paulo at Corinthians Arena. The opponent for this game will be announced Wednesday with the full 2025 schedule release.
