AEG will partner with UCLA Health as a founding partner and the first medical partner at the Staples Center and an official partner of L.A. Live, the Amgen Tour of California cycling event and several AEG music festivals and events.
The partnership provides UCLA Health access to audiences across AEG venues, professional sporting events and concerts. UCLA Health will receive in-arena static and digital signage exposure during all Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, and LA Sparks home games.
“We are pleased to enter into this agreement with AEG, an industry leader whose venues and events provide an opportunity to engage with diverse audiences and share UCLA Health’s mission and values with the communities we serve, visitors to the region, and those viewing events on various platforms,” said John Mazziotta, vice chancellor of UCLA Health Sciences and CEO of UCLA Health.
UCLA Health is recognized among the world’s leading academic health systems, ranked No. 1 in both the Los Angeles region and in California and No. 6 nationally in the most recent assessment by U.S News & World Report.
“UCLA Health is a world-class leader in health care and has been a prominent pillar of the Southern California community for many decades. We are honored to be welcoming them into the AEG family and helping them expand their footprint across some of our most iconic sports and entertainment assets in Los Angeles,” said Nick Baker, chief operating officer of AEG Global Partnerships.
