U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey and US Speedskating will welcome Olympians, their families and partners to a hospitality house during the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milan.
The three national governing bodies will transform the Aethos Milan hotel into the ‘Ice House’ from February 6–22. The venue will include activities, meet–and–greets with Olympic champions and legends across figure skating, hockey and speed skating plus medal celebrations, watch parties and sponsored events.
“Ice House is an excellent first collaboration between our partner NGBs to create a premium experience at the Olympic Winter Games,” said Matt Farrell, U.S. Figure Skating chief executive officer. “We expect this venue to be a main hub for athletes, families, media and our supporters.”
Ice House will not be open to the public, but NBC will showcase the venue during coverage. In addition to nightly celebrations, the house will feature “Center Ice” programming and a professional hub for media.
“Together with our friends at figure skating and speed skating, we’re excited to bring the Ice House to life in Milan,” said Pat Kelleher, executive director of USA Hockey. “There is nothing like the magic of the Olympic Games, and we look forward to the Ice House serving as a welcoming home to celebrate our athletes.”
The United States Olympic & Paralympic Museum also expects to activate at the house, installing an evolving exhibit that will highlight artifacts associated with Team USA athletes. After the Games, the exhibit would travel back to Colorado Springs for display at the Museum.
“We’re thrilled to team up with our friends at USA Hockey and USA Figure Skating, creating a destination for athletes and their family and friends to gather during the Winter Olympic Games,” said US Speedskating Executive Director Ted Morris. “Ice House will be the place to be in Milan for the Team USA community.”
